- Processing Time: Order processing time is 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday).
- Delivery time: The delivery time is usually 3-7 working days (Monday to Friday).
- Shipping costs: Free shipping.

Currently, we ship only within the USA.
Order confirmation
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This means that we have your order in our system and we have started our order handling process.

Once an order has been submitted, you will be provided order status and shipping information and receive the tracking number (via email) once your order has been shipped.

Once you place your order, we need 1-2 business days to process it. After your order is processed, it will be shipped and usually takes 3-7 business days to arrive.

What happens after I place an order?
You’ll receive a confirmation email from us after placing your order, with your order number and receipt. Your order will typically ship out within 1-2 business days (not including holidays). Products that have customizations will take longer to ship out.
Please check your spam folder for the confirmation email if you don’t see it in your inbox.
If you don’t receive a confirmation email, please email us at info@alyasfootwear.com with the subject line “Order Confirmation Not Received” and someone from our team will get in touch with you.
We will reach out to you separately for items of a custom nature to ensure the proper customizations are applied. These items will only be processed and shipped out after we receive the customizations.
How do I check the status of my order?
Simply track your order using the tracking number we provide you through email.
Delayed orders
If the maximum time for processing and shipping the order has expired and your order still hasn’t arrived, don’t panic. Please allow up to 2 additional days and remember to use your tracking code. If your package has still not arrived by then, please contact us at info@alyasfootwear.com with your order number.
Damaged or incorrect orders
Have you successfully accepted your package, but there are damaged or incorrect items? Please take photos of the problem, include a short explanation of what is wrong, and contact us with your order number.
